Subscription & Purchase Option Cancellation Policy
We believe subscriptions and purchase options should be simple and flexible.
Subscription cancellations
After your first subscription order is processed, you may cancel your subscription at any time, with no penalties or fees. How to cancel a subscription
- Log in to your Account
- Go to Profile,
- Select Manage Subscriptions,
- Choose Cancel Subscription
Cancellations apply to future orders only. Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Purchase option changes & cancellations
If you selected a subscription purchase option, you may change or cancel that option at any time before your next scheduled order is processed.
If you selected a one-time purchase, the order cannot be cancelled once it has been processed or shipped.
Changes & flexibility
Before your next scheduled order is processed, you can:
- Skip a delivery
- Change delivery frequency
- Update shipping details
